Stuffed peppers with mushrooms

Ingredients

bell pepper (40 %); boiled rice (27 %) (rice, drinking water, table salt); fried champignons (20 %) (champignons, refined sunflower oil, table salt, ground black pepper); fried onion (10 %) (onion, refined sunflower oil, table salt, ground black pepper); fried carrot (2 %) (carrot, refined sunflower oil, table salt); table salt; ground black pepper.

Place the frozen stuffed peppers in a saucepan. Prepare a fried mirepoix of carrot and onion, and optionally add sour cream or tomato paste. Cover with water so that the peppers are just submerged and simmer over low heat — 40 minutes in summer, up to 2 hours in winter. Do not refreeze.
